Frequently Asked Questions
What is LTL and FTL?
When shipping goods that do not require an entire truck, it is known as Less than Truckload (LTL). We provide dedicated line hauls for LTL shipments or combine multiple LTL shipments to offer you faster delivery times and lower rates.
On the other hand, Full Truckload (FTL) shipping is used for shipments that require the entire capacity of a truck. If your shipment is large enough to fill a trailer, we can directly transport it using our FTL services.
How do you calculate freight and shipping charges?
The cost of shipping goods is determined by various factors such as distance, weight, length, height, density, ease of handling, value, and liability to theft, damage, breakage, and spoilage. The National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) classifies shipments into different classes based on these factors. Generally, the lower the NMFC class number assigned to your shipment, the lower the freight charges will be. Contact us for more info.
What kind of freight you haul?
